I spent eight years in the Air Force before changing careers to become a counselor. I graduated from Loyola University, Maryland with a masters degree in clinical psychology and I have been working as a counselor since 2014. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland (#LC10820), and I am also an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner. My background is in crisis counseling in PG county and individual counseling with expatriates, including Americans, at an ISOS clinic and my own private practice in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Taking the first step toward healing can be difficult. I am here to help. I believe in a client-centered, whole person approach to therapy: mind, body, and spirit. Being out of balance in one area can effect the other areas, and as the client you decide what area to focus and for how long.
